This implementation-ready policy draft is not a substitute for professional legal advice. Curio should obtain review by qualified Indian and international counsel before accepting live transactions.
Our commitment
Curio aims to make public catalogue, seller, checkout, support and account experiences perceivable, operable, understandable and robust across common browsers and assistive technologies. We use semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, readable type, useful labels and text alternatives where practical.
Current experience
- Navigate public pages, catalogue controls and forms with a keyboard.
- Use labelled fields and status messages for sign-in, checkout, tracking and support flows.
- Use responsive layouts across desktop and mobile widths.
- Request a direct support route if a page or object record cannot be used with your technology.
Known limitations
Some historical imagery, third-party courier pages, uploaded seller media and external services may not meet every accessibility need. Curio is continuing to improve contrast, motion preferences, error recovery, form instructions and catalogue image descriptions. This site does not claim conformance to a particular standard until a formal audit is complete.
Ask for help or report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We can provide information in another format, assist with an order or route a barrier to the product team. Do not include payment card numbers in a support email.
Review and improvements
Accessibility feedback is reviewed alongside product and support work. We will record material improvements and update this statement when the service or responsible operator changes.
